Our process

Consultation - Our design team will conduct a no-obligation "meet and greet" interview with you to understand your ideas, goals and overall business objectives.

Proposal and Acceptance - After completing the "discovery" process, our team will brainstorm a solution that meets your needs and a detailed proposal will be presented to you. Once you have reviewed it, received answers to all of your questions, and have accepted our proposal, the fun begins!

Development and Design - Our web developer will work closely with you to create or update content for your site. While this is occurring, our graphic designer also is creating some new web designs for you to review shortly! Don't have a logo for us to work with? Parallel North can help with that, too.

Go Live! - Once we have all thoroughly tested the beta version of your website and have your approval, we will publish it to your existing web address. Don't have a web address? No problem, we can set that up for you.

Ongoing Maintenance - First and foremost, Parallel North is about creating long-term relationships. Once your website is created, it is important to promote it and keep it fresh with new content or resources. This is where we look at incorporating social media, video clips, blogs, and search engine optimization to put your site in front of new and prospective clients over and over again. If you are computer savvy, we will help you to set up a maintenance process that works for you. Or, if you would prefer, our team can help you out.
